Refund Policy

Version 1. Effective 28 October 2026. Part of the Terms of Service (section 6). Plain rules, no small print.

The guarantee

If your audit finds less than $299 a year in estimated overpayment, we refund the full $299. You keep the report.

You do not need to ask. The estimated annual figure is on the first page of your report; when it is below $299, we issue the refund when we deliver the report and say so in the delivery email.

Other full refunds

• Before we start. Cancel by email before we begin work on your invoices and we refund the full fee.
• If we cannot deliver. If we have not delivered within 30 days of your payment, we refund the full fee without being asked.
• If we charged you by mistake. A duplicate or wrong charge is refunded in full.

After delivery

Once a report is delivered and its estimated annual overpayment is $299 or more, the fee is not refundable, except where the law that applies to you gives you a right to a refund. If you think the report contains an error, write to us: we correct it, and if the corrected figure falls below $299, the guarantee applies.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, issued through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
